A significant part of my work consists of grounding them and confronting them with realities they may not want to see. I’ve watched them grow gradually, through sleepless nights, setbacks, and bold moves. Many fall by the wayside; others, after reaching success, succumb; not a few rise and become unbeatable giants. I feel validated in their achievements; my footprints lie within them.
